Boil the eggs- put the eggs in a saucepan with water. Cover then set on high heat. Bring the water to a full rolling boil. After boiling, turn off the heat. Keep it covered and let it sit for 10 to 12 minutes.
Chop up the hard-boiled eggs then transfer to a serving bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Serve as a side dish or as a sandwich spread. Enjoy your egg salad!
