Moreover, the ingredients that we’ll need for our Homemade Spicy Sizzling Bangus Sisig Recipe can be easily bought from local markets and nearby grocery stores.

Alright! Before we start, let us first go over all the ingredients we’ll need. Of course, we’ll be needing Bangus, red chili, green chili, red onion, white onion, ginger, garlic, Knorr liquid seasoning, salt, pepper, calamansi, mayonnaise, and margarine. If you’re a fan of spicy foods, then I suggest that you add more chilies as you like! Oh, and we’ll also be using Knorr Seasoning Liquid to further elevate the taste of our delicious Homemade Sizzling Bangus Sisig.

Now that we’ve got everything that we need, it’s finally time to cook. First, we have to thoroughly wash and cut all of the ingredients accordingly. Make sure that you remove the innards and intestines of the milkfish so that it won’t taste bad, okay? After cleaning and preparing everything, it’s time to fry the bangus! Simply season it with salt and pepper and then fry it in the frying pan. Once it’s cooked, just let it cool for a while and then tear the bangus into pieces to remove the bones. Just gather the bangus flakes into a clean bowl then set it aside.

Okay! Are you ready for some sizzling goodness? Simply heat the sizzling plate, pour some oil, and then some margarine. Proceed to sautè the ginger, garlic, and white onions until their aroma begins to come out. Next, add the bangus flakes and then mix everything well to perfectly distribute the flavors. Then, add some mayonnaise before adding the red onions, chili, and some more margarine. Keep on mixing everything consistently so that our bangus sisig is perfectly cooked while all the flavors are incorporated with each other.

Finally, to top it all off, just add the Knorr Seasoning Liquid and continue mixing everything well. Make sure that the fire is adjusted to low heat so that the sisig won’t burn, okay? And voila! Once it’s cooked, just serve it with some more calamansi and Knorr liquid seasoning on the side.

Boom! You can serve this awesome dish with freshly-cooked white rice and a fried egg for the best experience! And just like what I’ve mentioned earlier, you’re absolutely free to add more chilies as you like. See? This quick and easy recipe is a perfect dish for any time of the day and it can be a nice pulutan as well!
