
Ingredients:
- Malunggay Leaves
- 1 liter of Water
- ½ cup of Honey or Sugar
- 2 Lemons
Procedures:
- Prepared all ingredients and shredding the malunggay leaves.
- Put into cooking pot the malunggay and water then boiled it into 10 – 20 minutes. Set aside.
- Filter the malunggay juice using strainer and wait to cool.
- Slice the lemons and set aside.
- Mix it into pitcher the malunggay juice, lemon and honey then add ice to make it cold and refreshing.
- Serve the healthy Malunggay lemon juice.
