- ¼ cup of Flour
- 1 pc. Beef nor Cubes
- 1 can of Mushroom
- 1/8 cup of Butter
- 1 tsp. of Pepper
- 1 cup of Water
- In a heated pan put the remaining flour and stir until a little brown in color.
- Add the butter and mix well until become a roux. Add water and the beef cubes. Stir until the sauce is thickened and lastly add the slice mushroom.
- Cook for 5 – 10 minutes until creamy and saucy.
- Serve with the banana blossom burger fatty. Enjoy
