No-Bake Ube Condensed Milk Cake Recipe
Are you ready to make another delicious recipe at home? Don’t worry! This will be a quick and easy recipe that you’ll be able to do whenever your cravings hit. Especially now that all of the ingredients we’ll need can be easily bought from nearby grocery stores, local markets, and even sari-sari stores. Moreover, the cooking procedures are very beginner-friendly that’s why I’m sure that you’ll be able to do a great job!
Before we begin, let us first list down everything that we need. Our ingredients include all-purpose flour, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, butter, salt, cheese, powdered sugar, and most importantly, Ube Condensed Milk by Alaska. Yup, you read that right. Our most trusted brand Alaska now has an Ube Condensed Milk product to help us satisfy our ube cravings. And this recipe is one of the best ways to do that! Are you excited? Well, I sure am!
Now that we’ve got everything that we need, it’s time to make some delicious dessert. First, simply combine all of the wet ingredients including the butter, eggs, and Alaska’s Ube Condensed Milk in a clean mixing bowl. Make sure to stir the mixture thoroughly to combine all of the flavors perfectly. After that, simply add the vanilla and continue mixing everything up. Next, we can now add the dry ingredients like all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and powdered sugar into the mixture by first sifting them to remove excess debris. Once you’ve done that, just continue mixing all of the ingredients until they’re well combined. Finally, we can now pour the mixture into the baking pan.
Before we start baking it, don’t forget to add some grated cheese on top to make it more special! Before we start steaming our Ube Cake mixture, make sure to preheat the pan first for at least 5 minutes. Once everything is all set, steam the Ube Cake for about 40 to 45 minutes in medium heat. You can easily check if the Ube Cake is already cooked by using a stick. When the stick comes out clean after poking it into the cake, it means that the Ube Cake is already cooked. Take note of that, okay?
And voila! Once our No-Bake Ube Condensed Milk Cake is already cooked, simply set it aside and sprinkle some powdered sugar to make it more delicious.
And that’s it! That wasn’t so hard, was it? Congratulations on successfully making yet another delicious homemade recipe by yourself!
