How to Make Pesto Sauce


4 cloves garlic
1 cup fresh basil leaves
¼ cup ground nuts
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
100 ml olive oil, if desired


1. Blend all ingredients using a food processor or a blender.
2. If using immediately, transfer to a serving bowl. If not, transfer to an air-tight container then refrigerate.
