How to Make Pesto Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup ground nuts
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 100 ml olive oil if desired
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients using a food processor or a blender.
- If using immediately, transfer to a serving bowl. If not, transfer to an air-tight container then refrigerate.
