- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- salt to taste
- 2-3 pcs chili peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp catsup
- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- Combine all the ingredients in a pot or saucepan. Stir well.
- Put on stove over medium heat. Bring to a boil while continuously stirring.
- Use this on your favorite dishes such as sweet and sour pork or as a dipping sauce. Enjoy your spicy sweet and sour sauce!
