Java Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup chopped belt pepper
  • ¼ cup tomato ketchup

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Saute garlic, onions, and bell pepper until onions are transparent
  3. Add rice and mix well
  4. Add ketchup and continue stirring until well-blended.
