Lose 10 pounds in just 3 days!

Every wondered how those muscled military men stay fit? Well, aside from strict training, another secret to their demi-Godlike bodies is a specialised well-planned diet — a military diet plan.

Each day of the military diet plan features strict menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some substitutions are allowed — swapping one type of fruit for another or lentils instead of meat, for example — but all of the portions must be exact. You cannot use any added fats or condiments except for nonstick cooking spray, mustard, spices, lemon juice and a calorie-free sweetener. Water, black coffee and tea are the only recommended drinks. This diet lasts for 3 days. You will burn fat during the diet, feel energized and your metabolism will be perfect. Before repeating the diet, you should take a break for 4 days.

Now, here’s the caveat. You have to exercise while on this diet. Your exercise should be done according to your current activity level.

People who are overweight must exercise as much as the one who are active. Nordic walking or jogging are good physical activities to try. Active people might have to try other exercise routines like swimming, running, and jumping rope, among others. While many dieters may be attracted to the plan’s simplicity, because all of the meals are cheap and easy to prepare. One important reminder: It’s wiser to see a doctor before commencing on this kind of diet.
