Season chicken with salt, pepper, vetsin, garlic and calamansi juice. Fry chicken pcs. until light brown. Remove oil. Saute onions and peppers. Add cooked chicken, tomatoes, brandy, peas and corn. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add butter and cream. Serve hot.
