Magic Sausage Jambalaya Recipe By Chef Boy Logro
- 2 cups unwashed rice
- 1 cup onions
- 2 tsp. garlic
- 1 cup cooked cubed kielbasa or any smoked sausage
- ½ cup cubed red bell pepper
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 8g sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. dried thyme
- 4 cups water
- Combine all ingredients in a rice cooker. Cook until grains are tender, mixing occasionally.
