Manok na may Sotanghon Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 tasang hinimay na laman ng manok
- 1/4 kilong sotanghon (ibinabad sa tubig at pinutol-putol)
- 1 sibuyas tinadtad
- 2 butil na bawang pinitpit
- paminta
- patis
- 6 na tasang pinaglagaan ng manok
- 3 kutsarang mantikilya
- 2 kutsarang dahon ng sibuyas hiniwang pino
Cooking Instructions:
- Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas. Isama ang hinimay na laman ng manok. Isama ang sotanghon at sabaw ng pinaglagaan ng manok.
- Pakuluin sa atay-atay na apoy sa loob ng 10 minuto. Timplahan ng patis at paminta. Bago hanguin sa apoy isama ang dahon ng sibuyas. Ihaing mainit.
