- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsps honey
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup tapioca, cooked
- Place tapioca in glasses and set aside.
- Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
