Onion Crunch Burgers Recipe


  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 ( 2.8 ounce ) can French fried onion
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Rolls

Cooking Instructions:

  1. With fork, gently mix beef, ½ cup of the French – fried onions, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 burgers. Grill or broil 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once.
  2. Serve on rolls and top with remaining French – fried onions.
