Peanut – Crusted Beef Fry Recipe
- 300 g beef round
- 100 g diced peanuts
- Perilla leaves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp ginger juice
- Starch – water mixture
- Cut beef into strips then mix starch with water the dip beef into mixture and coat with diced peanuts.
- Fry peanuts in salad oil over medium heat then arrange perilla leaves on serving plate and place lemon over and garnish with wedged or sliced lemon.
