Peanut – Crusted Beef Fry Recipe


  • 300 g beef round
  • 100 g diced peanuts
  • Lemon
  • Perilla leaves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 2 tsp ginger juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Starch – water mixture

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut beef into strips then mix starch with water  the dip beef into mixture and coat with diced peanuts.
  2. Fry  peanuts in salad oil over medium heat then arrange perilla leaves on serving plate and place lemon over and garnish with wedged or sliced lemon.
