Pork BBQ Recipe
Alright! Now, you don’t need to worry about anything because everything that we need for our Pork BBQ Recipe can be found at the nearest local market or grocery store. Also, all the procedures from marinating, grilling, and making the sauce are easy to follow! So, are you ready to make yet another blockbuster dish that all your family and friends will absolutely love? Well then, let’s start!
To begin, the ingredients we’ll need are, of course, pork, barbecue sauce, calamansi, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, barbecue sticks, then salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. The ketchup is very important to add color to the marinade. Moreover, it also adds a little bit of sweetness to the meat!
Now, I know all of you are aware of this but one of the secrets to a perfect Pork Barbecue lies in the marination. So, to marinate our pork, simply combine the soy sauce, garlic, seasoning granules, sugar, salt, pepper, ketchup, and barbecue sauce. Make sure to mix all of them together to make sure that all of the ingredients are incorporated well with each other. After that, place the pork on the sauce and let it marinate overnight in the fridge. Yes! Marinating the pork overnight is a huge and important step, so be sure not to miss it!
After marinating the pork overnight, it’s now time to skewer the meat using barbecue sticks. Then, we should now prepare the grill and the basting sauce. Basting is essential to keep the meat juicy and tasty over the course of grilling. To make it, simply combine oil, ketchup, and the remaining marinade sauce that you used. Easy, right? Finally, it’s grilling time!
Grill the Pork Barbecue for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Make sure to brush the basting sauce to keep the meat juicy and tasty. Also, keep on turning the meat from time to time to avoid burning. Finally, once it’s done cooking, you can now serve it with your favorite sauce, a freshly cooked cup of rice, and an ice-cold glass of soft drinks and enjoy. Yum!
And just like that, you have successfully cooked another blockbuster dish, the classic Pork Barbecue. How about it? Easy, right? Of course, the sauce depends on your personal preference! You can opt to pair it with vinegar and chilies or a sweet and savory barbecue sauce. Both are nice so feel free to choose!
