Special Buong Manok - Chicken Inasal (CHAMPION SA SARAP!)
  • Chicken leg or whole
  • 500 ml sprite
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 5 cloves chopped and whole garlic
  • 1 thumb ginger chopped
  • 3 stalk lemongrass chopped
  • 1 pc chili labuyo
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup knorr seasoning liquid
  • 1⁄8 cup of Vinegar
  • achuete (optional)
  1. Wash the chicken and drain.
  2. Make a pocket in chicken if you use the whole chicken.
  3. Mix the garlic, ginger, lemon grass, salt, sugar, pepper, chili, knorr seasoning and sprite soda. Mix it well
  4. Marinate the chicken and put the whole garlic and extra lemongrass in the chicken pocket to get more flavor.
  5. Marinate overnight.
  6. Grilled over charcoal and brushed with marinated sauce to make it juicy.
  7. Serve and Enjoy the homemade chicken Inasal.
