  • 150 grams pork liver
  • 150 grams pork liempo (boiled and slice)
  • 10 pcs Squid balls (fried) optional
  • 400 grams miki noodles (egg noodles)
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 small cabbage
  • 1 pc red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 pcs red and green chillies
  • 2 small pack oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup slurry (water + cornstarch)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying and saute


  1. Prepare all the ingredients and cut.
  2. Heat the pan with oil then saute the garlic for 1 minute until it turns slightly brown.
  3. Add the onion and saute it well before adding the pork liver.
  4. Add the pork liver and pork meat. Stir.
  5. Season with soy sauce, pepper and salt. Mix well
  6. Add the carrot , fried squid balls and cabbage, stir it well then remove the mixture from the pan.
  7. Add the water then season with soy sauce and sugar.
  8. Add the chopped chillies, miki noodles and oyster sauce. Stir it frequently
  9. Add the cabbage, carrot, liver and pork mixture.
  10. Add the slurry to slightly thicken the sauce and stir for 1 minute.
  11. Serve with Calamansi . Enjoy
