Ingredients
  • ½ kl ground pork
  • 1 small carrot (minced)
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (minced)
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ CUP MILK
  • salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • Optional FILLING:
  • Hotdogs
  • Cheese
  • Hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl pour the ingredients one by one
  2. Mix well until combined
  3. Spread margarine on your aluminum foil
  4. Then put some embutido mixture
  5. Flattened the embutido mixture
  6. Add the hotdog, cheese and boiled egg for filling
  7. Gently roll and wrap the mixture
  8. Seal both ends
  9. Arrange in the steamer and steam for 45mins to 1 hr
  10. Let it cool before removing the foil
  11. Slice and serve with catsup
