Vegetable Soup Recipe


  • 2 stalks Chinese cabbage or pechay, washed and slived into small sections
  • 1 tomato, washed and quartered
  • 3 cups water
  • Salt

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Boil 3 cups of water over medium heat.
  2.  Add tomato and bring to boil.
  3.  Lower heat, then add salt
  4. Add cabbage or pechay and cook until done.
  5.  Remove from heat and serve.
