- 6 cups baby spinach
- 2.5 oz canned light tuna
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 medium clove garlic
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste in a small sauce pan and heat.
- Drizzle over spinach leaves and top with tuna.
