Beat the egg with salt and pepper. Set aside
Trim each side of the loaf bread and flatten with a rolling pin.
Each flatten bread top with ham and cheese then roll it tightly and secure with a toothpick. Set aside
Dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Set aside
Heat the pan with cooking oil and dip fry the ham and cheese roll until golden brown.
Drain the oil with tissue paper.
Removed the toothpick and served while hot with ketchup. Enjoy
