Ham & Cheese Rolls Recipe


  • 1 pack Loaf Bread
  • 1 pack Cook Ham sliced
  • 1 pack Sliced Cheese
  • 2 pcs Eggs Beaten
  • 2 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • Cooking oil for frying


  • Beat the egg with salt and pepper. Set aside
  • Trim each side of the loaf bread and flatten with a rolling pin.
  • Each flatten bread top with ham and cheese then roll it tightly and secure with a toothpick. Set aside
  • Dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Set aside
  • Heat the pan with cooking oil and dip fry the ham and cheese roll until golden brown.
  • Drain the oil with tissue paper.
  • Removed the toothpick and served while hot with ketchup. Enjoy
