Inihaw na Liempo Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kilo Pork liempo / belly
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Ketchup
  • Garlic
  • 1 Chili Green
  • 4 pcs. Calamansi
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt and pepper
  • Charcoal for grilling

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl mix together the soy sauce, ketchup, calamansi juice, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well and set aside.
  • Wash the pork and pat dry.
  • The marinating sauce rubs into the pork.
  • Put together all pork and remaining marination in a swallow pan.
  • Refrigerated overnight.
  • Ready the griller and grill the pork for 15 to 20 minutes both sides.
  • Serve with rice. Enjoy!
