In a mixing bowl mix together the soy sauce, ketchup, calamansi juice, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix well and set aside.
Wash the pork and pat dry.
The marinating sauce rubs into the pork.
Put together all pork and remaining marination in a swallow pan.
Ready the griller and grill the pork for 15 to 20 minutes both sides.
Serve with rice. Enjoy!
