How to Make Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 5 pcs eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs- put the eggs in a saucepan with water. Cover then set on high heat. Bring the water to a full rolling boil. After boiling, turn off the heat. Keep it covered and let it sit for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Chop up the hard-boiled eggs then transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Add the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Serve as a side dish or as a sandwich spread. Enjoy your egg salad!
