Dinakdakan Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250 Grams Pork Belly boiled and grilled
  • 1 pc red onion Slice
  • 1 pc chili red
  • 1 pc chili green
  • 2 tbsp Knorr seasoning liquid
  • 1-2 pcs calamansi
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • BayLeaf
  • Garlic
  • Water for boiling

Instructions
 

  • Boiled the pork with salt, pepper, bayleaf and garlic until soft.
  • After boiling, grill the pork and cut into bite size pieces.
  • Mix the grilled pork with mayonnaise, calamansi, knorr seasoning, chillies and slice onion. Mix well
  • Served with white rice. Enjoy
