Bagnet Recipe


  • 1 kilo Pork Belly
  • â…› cup Pork Fat
  • 50 grams Lemon Grass
  • 1 pc. Onion Big Slice
  • 5 Cloves Garlic Slice
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • Water for boiling
  • Oil for frying


  • Boil the pork belly in a pot with water, lemongrass, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and pork fat.
  • Then cover and cook for 1 hour.
  • When it's boiling put in medium heat and boil until the pork gets soft.
  • When the pork is soft remove from the water and let it dry before frying.
  • Heat the oil and fry the pork until golden brown.
  • Serve with your favorite sauce.
